This nutrition workshop, focuses on proper fuelling for recovery, healthy hormonal balance, and overall feeling like your best self.

If you’re looking to feel your best, get stronger or just not feel sore all the time from your workouts, this workshop is for you. We will explore how nutrition, food timing, protein, and rest all create a healthy balanced and more importantly sustainable approach to fitness and wellness.

This workshop is about helping you feel like your strongest most energized self!
