What do we mean by “Collective Movement?”
One of the best parts about group classes is the community that naturally builds. People who come to do classes together and leave to get drinks after, a space to hang around and get to know their instructors after.
A place where you feel like you belong when you walk through the door.
This is where the word Collective comes from.
In addition to cultivating this environment and this feeling, we also move as a collective in class. Our movements will look different from person to person, but in the end we are caught up in the beat, swept into the collective of the class, and walk out a member of this community.

We operate in a building with shared washrooms that are labelled M/F.
Our policy is that everyone has the right to use the change room that best fits their gender identity or expression. Our team is trained to uphold this policy.
Should you wish to use a private washroom or changing area to feel safer, please let our front desk staff know.
