Our signature practice is sweaty and soulful — a beat-driven blend of step, strength, and mindfulness designed to both ground and energize you.

Join us for a variety of classes offered seven days a week, including our Signature, Strength, Lift, Cardio & Choreo, Yoga, and Mobility.

We also provide trauma-informed personal training, monthly workshops, run programs, private studio rentals, and more.
