Our signature practice is sweaty and soulful — a beat-driven blend of step, strength, and mindfulness designed to both ground and energize you.
Join us for a variety of classes offered seven days a week, including our Signature class, Strength, Yoga, and Mobility.
We also provide trauma-informed personal training, monthly workshops, run programs, private studio rentals, and more.

A sweaty and soulful practice. This beat-based class blends together step, strength and mindfulness for an experience that will both shake and recharge you.
Express classes are 45 minutes.

Off the step and into the burn. Still moving to the beat, this low-impact class uses weights, bands and straps to target all muscle groups for a full body strengthening experience.

Feel the rhythm fuel your heart. This step based class features longer sequences and creative choreography, amping up the sweat and fun factor while still remaining true to our love of jacks and burpees.

Exploring movement and breath in harmony. Develop balance, strength and flexibility, while deepening your connection between body, mind and breath.

A 60 minute class to dedicate to your recovery from all things movement, inside and outside the studio - we'll work through mobility and recovery for your joints, muscles and connective tissue. Wear your comfiest clothes and feel free to bring a cushion or anything else that will make you feel supported (props/blocks/mats provided).
